Section 28

Land can be acquired on behalf of diplomatic missions and international organizations:

(1) Land can be acquired on behalf of diplomatic missions and international organizations in accordance with this Act.
(2) When determining the compensation for the land to be acquired in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall be determined in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 16.
